I am a driven and knowledgeable football coach with 20 years experience. I am versatile, skilled and worked with children from diverse backgrounds, cultures and perspectives, from 3 years of age to adults.

I am able to adapt and create effective games and plans to tailor the children's needs.

I have strong leadership skills and can keep the children focused, whilst adding an element of fun to the sessions.

I am a self starter and can comfortably work by myself or as a leader within a wider team.

I also have great time management skills and use these to maximize the outputs and effectiveness of any session. I am adaptable and can change a session if for example we were forced to play inside due a change in the weather.

I also am great at monitoring each child rather than focusing on one child, which means I can keep an eye on everyone that is attending the session. Offering strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills. Knowledgeable about team dynamics and goal-setting. Quick to learn, adaptable, and committed to fostering growth.
