Responsibilities include;
- Overseen a team of 17 individuals who were responsible for the data cleansing element of the process. Had to establish early, the peer reviewers and establish a way to increase production.
- Driving KPIs daily to maintain quality but also achieve production targets set by management weekly.
- Plan the onboarding and training for Cohorts 3 and 4 (40+ people) and support the operations lead with training completion and system access
- Working collaboratively with the other 12 Team Leads, trainers and SME’s to ensure a smooth ramp up of resources.
- Responsible for the Apprenticeship Cohort (33 individuals) and embedding them into training for their first project.
- Complete TL Peer reviews of all cases cleansed, checking all reworks from the colleague peer have been complete prior to sending to the next stage.
- Performance management through informal and formal plans whereby successfully signing each individual off before the end of the project.
- Social and Recognition lead whereby delivering an awards ceremony for end of project and weekly recognition themed stand ups. Organised the socials for 100+ people on a monthly basis.

- Overall responsible for the quality scores of the engagement in line with the RFP.

Responsibilities include;
- Overseen a mix of L1, L2 Investigators and AC team. Team sizes from 10-20 throughout the time
- Leading the accreditation push, 61 L1 and 20 L2 accreditations got through accreditation successfully through precise planning and targeted training
- Delegation of work to other team leads on accreditation and who needed to be ready when and reporting back to stakeholders on progress daily
- Driving KPIs daily to maintain quality but also achieve aggressive production targets
- 1-2-1s to support under performance, wellbeing and support team with their career
- Created stretch roles to offer TL positions which was successful in delivering 2 new team leaders
