Work to achieve branch sales targets issued by Business Manager.

Attend monthly team communication meetings.

Liaise with Key Account Manager / assist with and produce quotations for works

Work in association with, when required mergers and acquisitions team to provide support with training

Responsible for on boarding and department specific training of new pre construction termite technicians.

Communicate product safety data updates to existing and new team members.

Work in association with scheduling team to create efficient daily work schedules for pre construction termite technician team.

Carry out quality control audits to ensure company standards are being met.

Attend contractor meetings on site where required, addressing any issues as they arise.

Carry out specific security sensitive and larger termite inspections eg. government buildings, hotels, luxury homes.

Carry out monthly stock counts of preconstruction division products and propose order based on scheduled works.

Support company policies regarding environmental issues eg .recycling and waste reduction

Worked with Initial during Covid lockdown on installations and sanitizing/misting of transitional areas in hospitals and retirement villages.

Local family business with a team of 2 in Sydney. Working with the branch manager on daily installs and supporting training days where we would brief independent pest control companies on the use and installation of Termseal produced termite barriers.

Identify new business leads and follow up through written communication, sending out company product portfolios and attending introduction meetings.

Liaise with local Termseal office to ensure all scheduled works were completed on time and effectively.

Carry out termite inspections on a wide range of buildings to include single private residences to government buildings

Trained by Dow Agro on the use and implementation of the Sentricon termite baiting system (non chemical approach to termite control)

Carry out Sentricon installations

Supported the training of new team members to the termite division

Report in to Branch Manager

Studied for and achieved NSW pest control license

Achieved termite inspector license for NSW

Achieved timber pest license for NSW

Year 5 moved to sales in termite division where I worked for 2 years achieving sales of 400,000

Year 7 moved to assistant branch manager role in north Sydney
