
I am a hardworking loyal person with over 30 years of experience in various roles.
I started out at 19 as a part time worker at McDonalds and within a year was promoted to Shift Manager learning all aspects of managerial responsibility.
After leaving McDonalds I became a Claims Handler for Norwich Union and quickly became a European Claims Specialist which I did for over 5 years and worked various shift patterns to accomodate different time zones. I left as I wanted to work a more 9-5 role so moved on to IT Telemarketing Services
In my role there I became a Senior Teleresearcher engaging in multiple campaigns for large IT companies. I regularly got good reviews and achieved targets set. I was made redundant after 12 years due to Covid as the business was reducing staff numbers.
From there I went to Peninsula which involved engaging with both existing customers to cross sell and new prospects to promote the services offered to pass sales opportunities to a BDM.
Then in November 2021 I joined IRIS as a teleprospecter covering all the different verticals. After a few months I got the opportunity to move into Account Management within the Accountancy sector and although the role didn't work for me I gain a great understanding of the sector. I moved back into teleprospecting and it is a role I have been in since and achieved great results hitting targets and KPIs regularly.
