I'm someone who’s put in the work and grown with every experience. With over 18 years in the Workwear and PPE industry and a decade in IT, I've built up a real understanding of what it takes to keep things moving, whether it's managing suppliers, getting contracts over the line, or navigating tender submissions.
Across 14 years in procurement, I’ve learned how to negotiate effectively, forecast with precision, and keep operations running smoothly. I’ve spent time leading tenders, coordinating contracts, and supporting compliance and QHSE, always aiming to deliver value and keep standards high. A key part of my role involves reviewing contracts, both for new business we win and existing contracts as they come up for renewal, ensuring we stay aligned with expectations, compliance, and strategic goals.
Being in procurement gave me a solid foundation for understanding every part of the tender process, from commercial evaluation to contract compliance. It also sharpened my attention to detail and made me comfortable working across teams, timelines, and systems. I know what’s needed for a submission to land well and what keeps a contract performing once it's live.
I work well with people, from suppliers to our internal teams, and I’m known for being approachable, reliable, and calm under pressure. Whether I’m working with others or independently, I take pride in doing things right. I’m always learning, always looking to improve, and looking for a role where I can bring all this experience into a place that values purpose, progress, and a bit of humanity in how things get done.
