Strong communication and engagement skills with a proven ability of line management, people development and influencing and engaging key colleagues. Experienced in delivering large scale change management programmes and noted strengths of acting with integrity and managing ambiguity. Keen interest in developing team talent as well as producing sector leading digital education resources.
