Summary

I am an approachable, friendly and caring individual who is willing to spend time with colleagues, clients and external agencies to improve the high level of work I am capable of producing. I pride myself on my time keeping and time management skills. I am able to work towards tight deadlines under pressure and I am able to continue working without any detrimental effects. I have a well-balanced sense of humour, which I have found to be useful at times to deflate situations of high tension or aggression. I am a team member and thrive as part of a unit although I have the necessary skills and confidence to work alone under my own autonomy. I have a positive approach towards training and I am always willing to undertake any necessary training to improve my skills or to fully complete any job role.
