I have gained valuable experience throughout my working life. For the past 3 years I have been a maintenance technician with Tesco Property. I am proficient in the use and understanding of all the platforms used within my field of the business. I have had front facing customer service roles for 17 years and maintenance experience for over 20 years. I have been part of a loss prevention team where I contributed in changing procedures
to ensure the work environment was as safe as possible. As a shopkeeper I
changed the paper system in operation to a computerised system. Compiling a
stock control system along with customer accounts. Whilst continuing to manage the
shop I attended Moray College for 3 years to study a HND in engineering. I have
always managed to maintain a good relationship with colleagues, customers and
