  • I provide line-management, supervision, and support to the Peer Support Leads, HCC coordinators, HCV coordinators and volunteers in delivering the Follow Me programme.
  • I develop and maintaining relations with community pharmacies, substance misuse providers, housing service providers, ODN Managers, Pharmaceutical company's to ensure the smooth running of our project.
  • I support the recruitment and supervision of employees and volunteer peers, ensuring that all personal and professional development objectives are met.

  • I oversee and implement all administrative, recording and monitoring systems for the Follow Me Peer project ensuring they are in line with the Hepatitis C Trust’s internal policies and procedures.
  • I work with treatment clinical teams to ensure that care pathways are seamless and provide updates on project progress as requested.
  • ·I co-ordinate and oversee the recruitment, induction and supervision of staff and peers, working as part of the Hepatitis C Trust’s Peer services.
  • I provide full and comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the peer programme.
