I provide line-management, supervision, and support to the Peer Support Leads, HCC coordinators, HCV coordinators and volunteers in delivering the Follow Me programme.
I develop and maintaining relations with community pharmacies, substance misuse providers, housing service providers, ODN Managers, Pharmaceutical company's to ensure the smooth running of our project.
