Background

I started my career in recruitment in 1999 and then set up my own recruitment business 15 years ago. It was a lifestyle business with just myself.

Now, 15 years later, I am looking to join a team/company / a proper job again! The reasons for wanting a permanent role again include supporting others, working back in a team, and having the opportunity to learn and develop new skills.

I am able to work full-time in the office and from my home office when needed. I live near Halesowen with good public transport links into Birmingham. Additionally, I can drive.

Currently, I assist technology start-ups, scale-ups, and SMEs in finding permanent technology staff.  Recruiting is all about building trust and confidence, and this doesn't happen in a single call. It takes time. Whether it's 3 weeks, 3 months, or 3 years, I am willing to wait for the opportunity to work with a customer. Since 1999 i have been working in recruitment, developing new clients and placing permanent candidates into technology jobs.
