  • As a Television field engineer I was part of a two man team based out of Milton Keynes covering a radius of two hours in each direction attending appointments at customers homes and repairing broken televisions in home. I was responsible for the up keep of a large works van and ensuring the television repair was carried out to the highest of standard whilst maintaining professionalism and following strict health and safety guidelines at all times.

  • After relocating back to England, I was able to secure a job as a Porter at highly prestigious post graduate university. I was responsible for transporting furniture and appliances to student accommodation across the campus, ensuring that all accommodation has the required furnishings to enable students and their families to live comfortably whilst studying at the university. I was also responsible for the distribution of cleaning products, chemicals and equipment to ensure the housekeeping team have the appropriate means to carry out their daily cleaning tasks. I regularly accepted deliveries of stock including furniture and cleaning products, ensuring the items are correct and safely stored.

  • Following a relocation to Spain i started working for CPM as a inbound tele-operator handling inbound calls for a well-respected UK hotel chain. The calls I handled consisted of bookings, cancellations, amendments, general enquiries and complaints, all of which were handled in the correct and professional manner. It was also essential for me to meet individual and team targets on a daily and monthly basis - individual targets differed on a monthly basis in line with business needs, nevertheless I was able to continuously hit these targets and often exceed them. My time here added to my experience within the customer service role; giving me further insight into the customer journey and adding to my knowledge of what is essential to providing good customer service.

  • My role with Medirest saw me responsible for the thorough cleaning of hospital wards and hospital equipment to the highest of standards, adhering to strict health and safety rules set by the government.
