Production Operative department:

Picking orders(from the locations) ,Packing orders manually scanning every order ,each individual order (in a paperwork)has a barcode customer location (address)and returining label in order the customer if wants to return or exchange the order.Inserting Chums catalogues in every order. Then it has to be scanned through the scanner which is given to the employer to pack(Orders e.g mens-womens clothing, footwear, home big items such as furnitures, ovens, gifts for presents, mobile phones etc... The specific scanners are wireless with changing batteries when necessary needs to be replaced with charged batteries.Neccesarily printing labels through the device(computer) sometimes because the particular bags wont fit (bags:S,M,L,XXL,2XLetc...)due to massive items such as large boxes of cooking oven, step ladders etc...

Same as Automatic bagging machines separted in 2 types of sizes small and medium which items has to be placed inside the bags(items like clothes and footwear etc.. only for size small and medium bags) insert Chums catalogues and operating in process through the machine closing by itself the bag automatically.Automatic bagging machines use also scanners in order to scan the customer orders from the particular barcode which is given...Each bagging machine has a device(computer) in order to update the system, touch screen to regulate each individual machine and count the numbers of orders to make sure that everything is done correctly and successful and to help the workers use the machine easier.

Every bagging machine is counting the numbers of orders and every manual scanning or amazon packing(from the scanners)

All the orders are printed from the printing area.

Amazon picking(from the locations) -packing and shipping orders(Customer Orders must be scanned, printed labels through the computer)

Express,Priority ,Letter attached and Debenhams orders from the customers must be picked from the location areas and packed immediately.

Chums have also many discounts in many products..!

Process of orders from Chums to international countires

working with DHL and UPS.

Theese certain orders are from customers from different countires and they have to be picked and packed in the same time printed labels through the device(computer) so that the labels have to be sticked in the bags.

The locations in this warehouse are with alphabetic and numbered by reason of being more easier to find the certain and correct item of e.g mens and women clothing , shoes, home items and so more .Locations are written to the orders of paperworks where they are printed.

Returns Department:

Rebagging orders from customers.

The desire of the customer is to return or exchange the order.

In this particular department it is all about to rebag the orders and giving to the customers their needs whether returning or exchanging their orders.

By opening the parcel of returning customer order inside must be a returned paperwork order saying from the customer the need of returning or exchanging the particular item (e.g Customer wants to exchange or return this particular item because its not suitable or too small or big or for any other reason). In this case needs to be used a red pen to write neccesarly to exchange or return the item. These particular order paperworks have to be separated (in exchanges and returns) and later in the end of the day must be counted and collected to be rewiewed through the officers. If in case customer doesnt have inside the bag the order(paperwork) the often reason is because is lost or forgotten. In that way when the customer already is given the order for return in every single parcel is sticked the customer returning label with the certain customer account number. With the account number it could be possible to find the order of the customer by using the device(computer) of returns department to check the whole order and the needs of the customer.Returns department have free returns. When return items are coming back they must be checked if the items are still useful for the next customer.Tidy them properly and the items must be sticked with a label on it with the right code, size and colour. The items must be checked very carefully and placed into the correct size of bags.
