As an active sociable individual, I enjoy swimming staying fit and going to the gym, it improves my self-confidence. I love outdoor activities. I contribute to charity Marathons; the last run was for Cancer Research. Next year will be for mental health charity Mind. I participate in a variety of social outdoor/indoor activities whether it’s hiking at the peak districts, bowling or volunteering as part of a community gardening at my local allotments.
