  • First responder in case of a crisis on the destination, coordinating the communication between the Tour Operator and the ground handling team members

  • Provide practical support to the traveling companion/s and help in translation wherever required
  • Worked closely with local authorities (hospital, police, fire department, civil protection, British Consulate etc)
  • Chase Hotel investigation or Conducting an investigation on behalf of the Tour Operator. This may include: a. Obtaining witness statements from hotel employees b. Obtaining CCTV c. Reviewing room card access records d. Reviewing existing procedures e. Reviewing any other documentation that may provide insight
  • Develop disaster relief, incident and contingency guidelines
  • Follow up each case and provide all necessary information and updates until the closure

Contracting assistant

  • Responsible for finding new properties always aiming to enrich the portfolio of the partner Tour Operator
  • In very close communication with hotel owners and sales managers in order to ensure favourable rates, discuss special offers, allocations, terms & conditions for the T.O
  • Organize regular visits to hotels to build and/or maintain relationships

  • Ensure hotels are inspected and details (photos, amenities etc) updated on a regular basis

Handling events / groups & partners visits

  • In charge of Fam Trips program on the spot
  • Escorting groups to hotel inspections
  • Visiting hotels going through renovation/construction works
