Overall control of the day to day operation ensuring all aspects of the agency run smoothly. Departments in charge: Transfers, Airport Team, Reservations, Excursions, Crisis.
Staff Manager

Head of Destination Crisis Management Team (for easyJet holidays & Thomas Cook)
- Dealing with incidents that: 1) cause or threaten to cause significant stress or trauma or even serious injury or death to any customer, supplier or staff, 2)impact on the company brand(s) or attract negative media coverage for the company
- First responder in case of a crisis on the destination, coordinating the communication between the Tour Operator and the ground handling team members
- Contacting the costumers and answering any questions or general enquiries they may have making notes of any requests or help they ask for
- Obtaining clear and factual information about the event.
- Provide practical support to the traveling companion/s and help in translation wherever required
- Worked closely with local authorities (hospital, police, fire department, civil protection, British Consulate etc)
- Chase Hotel investigation or Conducting an investigation on behalf of the Tour Operator. This may include: a. Obtaining witness statements from hotel employees b. Obtaining CCTV c. Reviewing room card access records d. Reviewing existing procedures e. Reviewing any other documentation that may provide insight
- Develop disaster relief, incident and contingency guidelines
- Follow up each case and provide all necessary information and updates until the closure
Contracting assistant
- Responsible for finding new properties always aiming to enrich the portfolio of the partner Tour Operator
- In very close communication with hotel owners and sales managers in order to ensure favourable rates, discuss special offers, allocations, terms & conditions for the T.O
- Organize regular visits to hotels to build and/or maintain relationships
- Address and resolve any standard/service level issues with suppliers
- Ensure hotels are inspected and details (photos, amenities etc) updated on a regular basis
- Co-operate with Health and Safety team to ensure reports are completed and up to date by the hotelier.
Handling events / groups & partners visits
- In charge of Fam Trips program on the spot
- Escorting groups to hotel inspections
- Visiting hotels going through renovation/construction works
- Organising events and conferences for our partners on the destination (easyJet airline Management Board event - July 2024)
- Accompanied partners to social events, meetings, dinners etc
Accounting department
- In charge of the company's employees monthly payroll
- Invoices check and payment process
- Handling weekly liquidation of the T.O reps on the spot
- Handling weekly liquidation of the car rental reps on the spot
Reservations Supervisor
- Working closely on a daily basis with the Reservations Team targeting to increase operational efficiency
- Conducted regular meetings with the Reservations Department staff, discussing any improvements, resolving issues etc
- Knowledge of the entire booking process (handling inquiries, managing bookings, and confirming reservations etc)
- Overnight delays accommodation sourcing
