- One of my intresters is to bake , alone but also with my family .This helps my to be more independent as i gives me a chance to complete something without help , but also helps me to take advice from others in order to improve my work .
- In my spare time i like to go on walks and exercise as this helps me to recreate my mind and to switch off from problems . By doing this i am able to complete my work while still thinking about my mental health
- Not long ago i used to play the piano , which helped me to gained new skills .Such as communication with others , listening to feedback by also acting on it .

Certification
Participation in Army Cadets from Year 9 to Year 11 provided beneficial real-life experience by working with a wide range of people. This experience improved communication skills by building confidence in speaking, listening, and expressing thoughts towards others. It also strengthened teamwork and independence through tasks that required both working effectively with others and independently. Army Cadets helped develop problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt in different situations, by having to work with others in various situations.Additionally, it reinforced discipline, punctuality, leadership, and confidence in everyday situations.
