Established a framework that compared the current state with the desired state of operations. This involved identifying gaps and conducting comprehensive analyses to formulate actionable strategies that would bring the operation close to fulfilling the operations vision.

End to end delivery including development of business case, business requirements, UAT, training and development, knowledge transfer, strategy implementation, service delivery (SLAs & Quality KPIs), hiring, talent management, change management activities and stakeholder management at all levels.

Led programmes and/or individual projects for the shared services centres in Sofia, Vilnius, Manila and Kuala Lumpur, across multiple business units including underwriting, multinationals, operations and distribution, which realised US$ 2 million in annual cost savings.

Coordinated process improvement initiatives for the commercial property, casualty and specialty product towers analysing current business requirements and identifying opportunities for business improvement, which realised US$800K in annual cost savings.


Migrated 40 positions in Latin America which contributed to the achievement of $2.8M Ending Run Rate savings for 2013 and 2104.

Directed the Chile Program of Work – FNOL & Express Claims and Policy Servicing (CPS) and led project migrations of several LAC countries and various functions such as Chile, Aruba, Puerto Rico and Jamaica Accounts Receivable, Colombia Express Auto Claims, Miami Non Additional Cost Management and Colombia Extended Warranty Voice Contact Center Claims, led all aspects of the program migration including business case development, process documentation, hiring, training, technology enablement, risk management and service delivery through meeting operational targets.

Managed and partnered with key stakeholders at all levels, from Global/Regional VPs to local managers.

Led and designed the training strategy on the Delivery Model for engagement, project and operations, for the Operations and Quality teams in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Selected as one of 25 professionals to participate in the 2016 High Potential Leaders Programme in AIG.

Coordinated a digital marketing campaign, in collaboration with the cross-media team for Autodesk Education Programs, effectively driving brand awareness, engagement and traffic to social media pages.

Designed and implemented a new Business Model for Autodesk Education Programmes in the region which led to an increase of 10% of certifications centres and growth of certification sales.

Organised multiple events driving client engagement in Latin America for Autodesk Education Programmes and Education programme launches in Mexico, Ecuador and Colombia.

Led three major product launch campaigns, Windows 7 GGOK, Windows Vista after market and Windows 7 service pack, which led to 84% growth on the total sales of the client and a 20% decrease in antipiracy.
