Running the school amnesty youth group has allowed me to develop skills in management and organisation through the running of regular campaigns and fundraising events as we have built a community, which is excited about our purpose and cause. Participation in amnesty and the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme has also helped me develop my teamworking and deepen my communication and influencing skills . I am outgoing and have developed customer service skills through the group's events.
