Clay modelling development.

• 40% armatures construction involving armature building , foam build up and loading models with clay.
• oversee and support milling process to deliver first data model.

Hard modelling

• cleaning up components from either RP or milling.
• flat components and prefit
• prime, highlight and colour ready for final fit into either interior or exterior models.

Setting up studios for reviews

• instigate models and production cars into the studios
• prep and set models to instruction from senior management
• point of contact for all outside OEM's entering the studio
• investigate and support internal and external models review -logistic/ ad-hoc models + Event( Vip )

Collate and manage studio materials and consumables.

• maintain minimum consumables stock level
• request quotes and pass to purchasing

SHE monthly meetings and weekly checks of all power tools and machinery within the Design Studio

• Provide , maintain and improve the highest industrial cleaning.
• Managing a team of 13 cleaners and daily reports to line manager.
• Guided staff to handle chemical solutions in line with COSHH.
• Escalated issues and complaints for prompt management resolution.
• As part of the team I was helping different departments such as Catering (Vending), Grounds Maintenance, Waste Department or Post Room.
