Summary

With more than 10 years of experience in tour operators, travel agencies and hotels, my main know-how was based at one of the largest Online Travel agencies in Latin America, Decolar.com/Despegar.com.

At Decolar.com I had the opportunity to grow in experience and career and was able to perform a lot of improvements, such as leading a team regarded as “problematic”, improving the team productivity, increasing the customer service quality scores and helping with strategies to achieve our quarterly goals.

Planning schedules, meetings and training, as well as balancing a complex and diverse team was my main responsibility.

The challenge of dealing with people, whether staff or clients, put me ahead of challenges that made me today a multiplier of knowledge and a more organized person.

In London, I worked for Booking.com, as CS Partner Specialist from May 2016 until November 2020. In this position, I performed all the experience gathered in my base years while living in Brazil adding to the diverse universe and excellent environment from the company.

Working as a Partner Specialist was essential to improve my English proficiency, my communication and active listening skills and my ability to think at an active commercial level.

Today I am a full-time law student, currently completing Level 5 on my degree. My intention is to pursue a career as either solicitor or consultant for immigration and international trading fields.

To keep up with my financial responsibilities I work part-time at VanMoof as a sales consultant and work as a freelancer at gigs as caterer, waitress, planner and host.

In parallel with my working experience, I am a proud mum of two boys (11 and 4 year old). Balancing the work-life with domestic life is a challenge no graduation or company position can give you. Motherhood teaches me how to be patient, how to manage my time, and how to effectively organize and balance my life, expectations, career and obligations.
