Position: Finishing Foreman

Responsibilities:
• Managed a team of 20-30 operatives and subcontractors
• Duties included managing the work schedule programme
• Examining and inspecting all works in progress and ensuring specifications are met
• Managed site operations including aspects of health and safety and daily paperwork

• Refurbishment construction- Demolition, plastering, dry-lining and ceilings, timber floor restoration, fixing doors, laying vinyl and carpet, kitchen and toilet fittings, M&E, fire stopping, painting and decorating etc. and doors installation
• Responsibilities:
• Managed a team of 20-30 operatives and subcontractors
• Duties included managing the work schedule programme, controlling overtime to reduce company cost
• Examining and inspecting all works in progress and ensuring specifications are met
• Managed site operations including aspects of health and safety and daily paperwork
• Assigned tasks and monitored daily productivity, as well as making sure that all of the necessary materials and equipment were purchased
• Daily morning briefings

• - Fit out Modular construction: dry-lining /partitioning, kitchen and toilet installation, Timber floors and Carpet, fire stopping, carpentry works, Hard-soft landscaping, painting and decorating, screed and underfloor heating, underground car park–floor painting.
• Supervision Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all operations, procurement, scheduling, quality control, and production, for reporting status and progress and for chairing meetings
• Examining and inspecting all work in progress, equipment and construction on-site to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met
• Manage work procedures, complaints, and any construction-related issues
• Necessary materials and equipment were purchased so that the job could be delivered on time
• Attending daily morning briefings

• Project: Lewisham Exchange - Nov 2020 to Sep 2021
• Responsibilities:
• Monitoring delivery schedule to meet site requirements.
• Monitoring on a daily basis the progress of self-production operatives as well as daily photographic records of site progress.
• Weekly updating of inventory consisting of tools, plant, lifting accessories and access.
