I am currently working as a Registered Nurse at Withybush General Hospital, providing high-quality, patient-centred care based on strong academic knowledge and clinical experience. I work in the Accident and Emergency Department, a demanding environment that requires excellent leadership ability, sound clinical judgement, critical thinking, and effective managerial skills. I am experienced in delivering safe and efficient care in high-pressure situations while working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

I have also worked as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Care Unit, where I gained extensive knowledge in cardiac and critical care. These experiences have further developed my communication and teamwork skills, enabling me to provide patient-centred care and contribute to improved clinical outcomes.

I have also worked as a Registered Nurse in the Stroke Unit, where I gained extensive knowledge in stroke management and rehabilitation care. Exposure to thrombolysis and other critical procedures further enhanced my clinical expertise and broadened my understanding of complex medical practice.

I have gained extensive experience in the Medical Ward, which has provided me with comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of medical conditions and procedures. This experience has contributed to my professional growth and enabled me to share knowledge and best practices effectively with colleagues.

I worked as an English Tutor in Olive Academy in Kerala, India. This enhanced my level of confidence in teaching and improved communication as well .I have provided a good quality of education throughout and always assured that my students are gathering the knowledge thoroughly in a clear and concise way. My education style is always creative and interesting, which improves the attention of the students and enhance the outcome as well.

I am an active listener and always pay attention towards the student questions and feedback. I always use storytelling and example method which helps the students or the listeners to keep more attention in the lecture and can improve the quality of teaching.

I always pay attention for classroom management by, engagement of students, motivation by handling calmly and desciplinary system as well. Lesson planning and time management is my another skill which i always use in effective teaching. I always use many resources for teaching as it provides a best outcome.

I use the best oppurtunity from the technology by collecting adequate data, and making the class more interesting and attentive at the same time.
