In my role, I took a proactive approach in managing new patient admissions, where I efficiently streamlined the initial paperwork process to ensure a smooth and timely transition into care. This helped reduce waiting times and allowed patients to receive prompt attention. During high-pressure situations, including medical emergencies, I remained calm and composed to safeguard patient safety and well-being.

Under the supervision of a registered nurse, I implemented individualized care packages by conducting ongoing assessments, planning interventions, and evaluating patient outcomes. This patient-centered approach ensured that care was tailored and consistently reviewed for effectiveness. I also supported patients with basic daily activities, such as bathing, changing, and feeding, especially those suffering from illnesses or living with disabilities, to maintain their dignity and comfort.
