My passion of being a nurse started when I was primary school ,has been growing day by day, For me it’s the impact I make on my patients ,being able to make a difference in their lives when they are not at their best.I Always treat every patient as an individual. Overtime I have acquired skills like respecting diversity and culture, good communication using open ended questions and learning to listen rather than speak. I am self-driven always aware of what is happening in the surrounding; making sure tasks are completed on time and are well documented. I am able to work as a team and be a team leader as well.
