In my current role i organise the daily workload to deliver the Business Protection Plan. i coordinate work that is taking place overnight and do a detailed handover for both merchandisers and contractors. i then check the standard of the work carried out and chase any outstanding issues.
I communicate with the Store team and keep them informed of how the scheme is progressing and what action i have taken to resolve any issues that we might have encountered.
i involve the store team to deliver a successful project by communicating and involving all staff.
