  • Proudly being part of the English/French market as a Senior Vacation Rental Customer Service Advisor and playing a role as a final decision maker on queries such as: Investigating traveller’s, owner’s and travel agencies accounts enquiries, concerns, complaints and taking a final impartial decision on booked rentals outcomes such as damage deposits, refunds, gesture of goodwill, cancellations, legal threats etc.

  • Taking self-initiative of cases ownership, follow ups to claim sales/cases closure and achieving a recognised consistent first contact resolution exceeding our clients’ expectations and meeting KPIs requirements.
  • Proactively educating clients on how to use their travellers/owners account and the use of the mobile applications to manage their bookings/requests smoothly.
  • Utilising all available resources and internal systems such as SalesForce, Marlo for updating, checking fraud status, amending bookings/accounts status, database etc.
