  • My responsibilities as a receptionist-secretary were:
  • 1. Greeting school's guests, clients and students.
  • 2. Doing what was necessary to fulfill their needs.
  • 3. Taking their orders (whether those concerned dancing shoes/clothes or other relevant accessories).
  • 4. Receiving payments for the school's services, checking daily through the computer's software which client has been delayed with his/her payment and kindly reminding it to him/her either by phone, email or a letter.
  • 6. Trying to maintain school's area at a high sanitary and neat standard during my working hours.
  • 7. Checking if the self-service refrigerator was filled with consumer products and if not fill it up,
  • 8. Ordering sanitary items and consumer products if/when needed,
  • 9. Be the first to enter (in order to prepare each room for the first teaching hour etc.) and most times the last to exit the school.
  • 10. Assisting in maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
