I am a very hard-working and motivated worker with previous experience as an Assistant Manager and Shift Manager at Four Star Pizza which allowed me to obtain the following skills:


Loyalty - I worked for the company for just over 6 years which also shows that I am very loyal and committed to any company I work for.

Problem Solving - I gained this skill from having to make rotas and ensure that I could get both the best suited staff and enough of them on a shift. This was further improved by having to solve problems caused by customers, sickness', lateness' etc.

Team Leader - This was an essential part of my previous job as it was my responsibility to ensure that I could lead my team of staff efficiently and effectively to ensure that customers were receiving both quality and fast service

Customer Service - I am excellent at this for two reasons. Reason one is that I had to ensure that all staff were providing excellent customer service as it was part of my job to make sure they were trained effectively in this matter. Reason two is that any problems or complaints fell into my job description to resolve respectfully and patiently to ensure the customer was satisfied with the result.
