Summary
My name is Mar Savall, I am 26 years old and I have been living in Valencia since I was 18 years old when I became independent to start my studies at the polytechnic university.
It has been 4 years since I finished my studies as an Industrial Organization Engineer and since then I have worked in two companies, one dedicated to production and the other to logistics.
I joined Hasbro for the first time as a trainee in 2018 and was rehired in 2020, taking a position into the distribution center where I have been learning and growing within the different areas covered by logistics.
In Hasbro I had the chance of work with other EMEA colleagues and also participate in D&I council, Wellness and Happiness and different social projects and company initiatives.
I consider myself as a creative, hard-working and constant person and I try to project it into my daily work, focusing it in every project I get involved in, with the aim of always achieving the best result.
My ambition to grow professionally and want to undertake new challenges that motivate me on a personal level, has been what has led me to want to expand my training field in the events sector, since I consider that it is closely related to my personality.
would define myself as an ambitious person, eager to learn, travel and grow within large companies, explore them and always give my best to achieve a "win-win" between me and the company.

- Planning and control the different VAS, value added services, work operations carried out in the distribution center.
- Review VAS tasks, reduce and improve processes to avoid duplication of work.
POS project on how to reduce costs per display (at build process and transport) - Redistribute VAS layout to avoid movement's waste of time and comply the lean model, 5S .
- Coordination and control of the E-Commerce logistics part developed in the company.
