Stock room controller – Womenswear, Trainers & sportswear

• Assist in processing all inventory movements between store and distribution.
• Maintains a clean, organized and efficient stockroom while adhering to company standards and safety requirements.
• Responsible for maintaining appropriate stock levels and ensuring sizes and styles are represented.

Prepares merchandise to go out onto the sales floor, including display shoes.

• Generated weekly and monthly reports for managers.
• Prepares the Daily Man Days Report (Active Residents) for the Facility Manager and other departments.
• Receives new client information from the marketing Dept. for room allocation.
• Coordinates with the cluster supervisors regarding room allocations for new client check-ins and providing this information to other Operators.
• Raises work orders based on the system on the reports provided by the Housekeeping supervisor for building maintenance.
• As a prior notice, send emails to all the concerned departments regarding new client check-in/out with all the necessary details.
• Submits Check-In/Out Log Report to the Facility Manager daily.
• Interacts with client representatives about the details of their residents in the camp, resident complaints, catering problems and other matters.
• Arrange a supervisor to guide potential clients who come to see the facilities in the village.
• Replies to client emails regarding complaints and other issues and forwards to the corresponding person or department if necessary.
• Submits monthly Variance Report to Accounts Dept. every month.
• Lead other Operators in daily operations inform and instruct them of new policies or any change in operations.
• Maintain records and reports to the Facility Manager regarding operation updates.
