Supervisor Reception
- Supervise the Welcome team Check in and Check out using OPERA Cloud system
- Ensure the shift runs efficiently
- Replay to all guests reviews via Trust you, Expedia and Booking.com
- Handle guest's complaints and report to the Management team
- Ensure that all runs smoothly during guests' stay and afterwards, anticipate their needs
- Ambassador and Promoter of All Accor loyalty programme
- Answering all type of hotel requests via telephone and emails
- Handle cash and card and online payments, process refunds and fix payments discrepancies
- Send invoices for different companies and guests
- Closure of the system and all reports during night shifts
