I always deliver correct information through my knowledge, which enable our customers to start their smooth journey with smile. Being a part of Railway, I always keep in my mind that my duties are not only bound to the cleaning department but also to perform multi task operations related to health and safety, lost and found, customer related issues, offensive graffiti on station, and above all helping vulnerable customers making them feel equally important to us and making them believe that travelling with SWR, is smooth, uncomplicated, effortless, and relaxed experience service. I always like to work under pressure which makes me more strong and reliable person. I always make my self a great communicator who can talk to anyone and passionate about doing the right thing in right way keeping in mind nothing is too much trouble. I always make sure the customer has everything they need to travel confidently by train. I am always flexible in my approach and not afraid to get stuck in variety of tasks I am responsible for my station duties and making sure it meets the quality and safety standards of our customers expectations. Whether this be checking everything is working and safe like Help Point, Ticket machine to clearing up rubbish, or providing a helping hand to a Vulnerable customer, because I am the face of SWR and can make a difference to someone's day.
