I am an energetic and enthusiastic person who enjoys a challenge and achieving personal goals. The opportunity to learn new skills and work with new technologies is particularly attractive to me. I have excellent communication skill being able to listen to others, communicate in different languages; English, Gujarati and Hindi. I have excellent computer and technical literacy which gives me a good understanding in my day to day job role which extends from basic to advanced; email, Microsoft office programmers, bespoke NHS systems and internet navigation. I am excellent at problem solving, I have the ability to work well as a team member but also work well using my own initiative. I have excellent interpersonal skills, which allows me to build good relationships with everybody at all levels. I work with accuracy ensuring a high level of planning skills giving me the ability to react early to any changes in circumstance, I am able to stay calm when the work place gets busy and I am excellent at prioritising my work load. My analytical and critical thinking skills help me to evaluate problems and come up with a solution.

My excellent time management enables me to manage my own time and the time of others making me reliable, responsible, and dependable and enables me to fulfil all of my obligations. I am always careful about detail and thorough when completing work tasks. My previous and currents job roles have taught me to be friendly and approachable with all users of the service; respecting their right to choice, showing dignity and respect to other people such as patients/relatives and colleagues alike. Working in the hospital has taught me to always respect the patient's confidentiality and to treat all people equally.
