Working closely with the head grower in managing greenhouse operations to ensure excellent quality and care of orchid crop. Assisting with maintenance of crop, including irrigation, biological controls, environmental controls and cultural controls.

Working collaboratively with the growing team to monitor growth and health of plants and to achieve production goals.

Identifying and managing of equipment within the work grounds. Actively involved in weekly management walks to identify any presenting issues within the workplace. Overseeing of work quality, receiving weekly deliveries and keeping up to date with compliance and necessary paperwork.

Contracted to manage at Chateau in France whilst restoration work was taking place. This historical landmark dates back to the 10th century and the land spans over many hectares. Standard duties included maintenance and cleaning inside the Chateau as well as tending to the large garden, pool and outdoor areas. Created and implemented an action plan for the grounds and premises with staged goals in line with owners vision whilst coordinating all operational logistics between owners, project managers and other third parties.

Operated a maintenance business which assisted elderly people in their homes along with providing services to small local businesses that required 'handy man' type activities. Conducted maintenance tasks and the installation/checking/repairs of general household and business appliances including experience in electrical, basic plumbing and carpentry amongst many others.
