. The first point of contact for customers contacting Scottish Water,
. Logging each call on the internal computer system providing excellent knowledge to all customers .
. A Very fast moving customer focused call centre environment .
. Primarily dealing with customer enquiries / complaints , arranging appointments for the water & drainage squads
. Working alongside external contractors liaising between them and Scottish Water insuring all round great customer service
Full Time Customer Assistant -
. Started with a contractor called Alfred McAkpine as part of customer care team before being taking over by Edinburgh Trams
. Taking customer calls, emails and letters
.Logging all jobs accordingly
. Face to face liasing with business , handing out water outage notices
. Visited sites of work
. Providing all round good customer service and communication
