-Digital Human Initiative: Conceived and supervised the trailblazing "Digital Human" project, which not only set industry standards but also positioned Capgemini at the forefront of AI-driven endeavors. This unique solution uses digital human-like Avatars to have meaningful conversations, understand sentiments and, emotions, and respond intelligently with empathy and correct information.

-Manas collaborates with clients to provide optimal deployment models, intricate COE designs, target operating model designs, licensing models, and comprehensive management of large transformation programs.

- Contributing to the solution portfolio expansion by adding new solutions to maintain the competitive edge and enabling impact to the larger value chain while solving problems and solutioning for the customer

• Led & represented the Practice in 'ROW' Geography for RPA, Exacto, Toscana, Analytics & Chat bots for Sales and Solutions
• Manas has partnered with clients to deliver optimal deployment models, intricate COE designs, target operating model designs, licensing models, and proficiently managed large-scale transformation programs
• One of the founding team members of a structured solutions and sales ecosystem. I achieved almost 20+ new logos and growth of 3X in the region during my tenure
• Ensured the growth of existing accounts by driving client reviews, liaising with on-ground delivery, working closely with Account Sales Teams, driving quarterly technology board review meetings, and positioning new solutions
• Experience of working with clients across verticals, both FS and Non Finanicial Services in EU & APAC
• Actively participated along with the alliances team to position HCL as a strategic partner and enable a healthy pipeline of deals by conducting joint webinars, joint account planning and strategic investments
