Job Descriptions:

• Leading a team of 25 permanent operators and 5 supervised staff to achieve production targets and smooth operation of plant
• Handling Plant operations, cost reduction, people management, improving KPI yields and Continuous Process Improvement
• Managing of Plant operation & Handling through DCS (Delta-V) for Poly-Condensation & Solid State Polymerization Plants
• Trend analysis of process parameters to ensure that all parameters are within the desired ranges
• Implementation of Checklist & PTW system
• Involve in Safety training & drilling
• Responsible for safe operation by implementing the HSE policies and continuously provide feedback for their improvement
• Investigating root cause analysis & troubleshooting process problems
• Access Quality Assurance & Bagging Department
• Involved in Pre-Comissioning of SSP II Plant and modification of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Responsible for hiring and training of the production staff and providing them the safety training too
• Select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance
• Plan and draw up a production schedule
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programes
• Organize the repair of any damaged or faulty equipment
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
• Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met
• Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
• Collate and analyze data, putting together production reports
• Review worker performance and identify training needs
• Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement with a focus on retention and growth
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
