  • Address and resolve employee issues - grievance, attendance, engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Strategic development, implementation and timely review of policies, handbooks for all entities and ensure compliance. Aligning policies and documents to change management.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management on HR metrics and trends.
    Audit operation trackers, verify time sheets, invoices and bills, maintenance and update of Company ERS, VAT submission etc.
  • Manage day-to-day schedules and collaborate with a variety of global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
    Liaise with local payroll and visa consultancies and insurance providers.
  • Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, organize HR Programs, team building activities and Townhalls.
    Conduct pulse surveys, collect and analyze data to assess eNPS.
