HR and Business Support Manager
- Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations, offer strategic insights, prepare business reports, process documentation, visit sites for quality assurance.
- Resource planning, talent acquisition, pre- employment vetting, onboarding, offboarding, workplace assessment, participate in benefits administration and talent management.
- End to end performance management cycle - goal-setting, feedback collection, and calibrations.
- Advisory to the Director in consultations related to proposed organizational changes, appraisal, rewards etc.
Lead administrative affairs and ensure accurate data input and data update. Periodic data clean-up. - Collaborate with PMO to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
Conceptualize and execute SOPs and process designs to augment overall employee experience. Review, update, and streamline SOPs. - Monitor skill gap analysis. Plan and arrange training and certification courses. Monitor timeline.
- Maintain accurate employee, contractor, and worker records. Draft contracts and agreements.
- Travel arrangements for onsite projects, coordinate with clients for Invitation Letter, NOC, gate pass, project schedule etc. Support with mobility and relocation.
- Address and resolve employee issues - grievance, attendance, engagement, performance, and retention.
- Strategic development, implementation and timely review of policies, handbooks for all entities and ensure compliance. Aligning policies and documents to change management.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management on HR metrics and trends.
Audit operation trackers, verify time sheets, invoices and bills, maintenance and update of Company ERS, VAT submission etc. - Manage day-to-day schedules and collaborate with a variety of global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Liaise with local payroll and visa consultancies and insurance providers. - Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, organize HR Programs, team building activities and Townhalls.
Conduct pulse surveys, collect and analyze data to assess eNPS.
