I am taking care of key customer account. Our Client sells products from Krimpterm/Beal UK warehouses mainly through their website, redirecting all orders through our fulfillment system. My main duties are:

  • Monitoring day-to-day order processing, making sure all orders are processed according to Client's standards.
  • Solving incoming complains and claims, including analysing issue, log-in all quality issues as NCR reports, following procedures depends from nature of claim/complaint, contacting customer about cases' progress, contacting suppliers and relevant teams related to ongoing issue/claim, arranging, monitoring and crediting/exchanging returns, from/to both customers and suppliers.
  • Preparing and sending product samples.
  • Full support to Customer's sales team via phone/email/Slack.
  • Preparing customs and dangerous goods multimodal forms for international deliveries.
  • Monitoring stock levels, processing B2B orders between Krimpterm and Beal, booking stock and allocating it to orders; booking incoming invoices in system.
  • Contacting suppliers to collect relevant quality control documents (products datasheets, technical sheets, certificates etc.) and merging relevant data into company's datasheets, preparing files in Adobe Express and distributing them to customers, sales teams, webmasters etc.
  • Correcting B2B invoices' discrepancies according to reports from Client's accounting team.
  • Preparing box labels database for Client's Amazon UK/Germany/USA warehouses' orders, basing on delivered records.
  • Adjusting Customer's prices in system according to updated price lists.
