Since January, I have been working at Rolls-Royce as an inspector on GSA

To my responsibilities was:

• Make sure that manufactured products meet all requirements and approve or reject materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance.
• Check the quality of all incoming and outgoing material and products as well as production procedures.
• Read Technical instructions, check documentations to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies
• Visual inspection + final view
• Standard measuring equipments (Micrometres, Verniers, Shadowgraph, gauging etc.)
• Drawing interpretation
• Kept databases updated with relevant technical documentation and reports.

• Monitored and verified quality of each production operation, using visual inspection
• Worked closely with production leads to ensure effective, efficient manufacturing and distribution processes.
• Performed cleaning activities across site to maintain safety and compliance.
