  • Company Overview: The client LyondellBasell has entered into engineering with KBR Leatherhead to build an advanced recycling plant at its Wesseling, Germany, site. Using LyondellBasell’s proprietary MoReTec technology, this commercial scale advanced recycling plant would convert pre-treated plastic waste into feedstock for new plastic production.
  • Assist the Lead Planning Engineer and establish an Advanced Package Plan, which entailed setting up an Activity Code Structure for implementation into the Integrated programme which allowed grouping of activities for engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction.
  • Weekly preparation of a dashboard, progress and procurement meetings.

  • The Power, Capture and Compression Project is the UK’s first Zero-Carbon industrial cluster.
  • Project requirements are to monitor/update the schedule in line with the Master Document Register, carry out monthly updates reporting to management deviations to the contractual milestones and in conjunction with lead discipline engineers mitigate those deviations, maintaining the project end date.
  • System utilised is Primavera P6, version 16.2.

  • Joined the Iraq South Gas Project as part of the initial phase of project services and was given the task of evaluating tenders for the new build of a camp at Khor Al Zubair (KAZ) and rehabilitation of pipelines from West Qurna to North Rumaila following awards given the task of establishing project controls and reporting systems to allow reporting to management.
  • Subsequent project evaluations were encountered for a Frame Five Power Station based at KAZ which involved travel to Milan, Italy to prepare recovery scenarios, also was involved with kick-off meeting and subsequent input to assist in the development of level 2 schedule for North Rumelia NGL Plant carried out by Chiyoda in Japan.
  • UAE, Iraq South Gas Project through Fircroft
  • In 2013 was seconded to work full time on the Umm Qasr Marine Terminal and Storage Terminal rehabilitation based in Saipem offices, Sharjah.
