As a Front of House Member in London primarily working behind the bar until later progressing to join the floor staff, I delivered friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. I learned to prepare a wide range of hot and cold drinks to consistent quality and presentation standards during peak service while maintaining accuracy and speed. I also demonstrated reliability by working early mornings, evenings, weekends and busy shifts.

My first job was a Front of House Member at a small independent Italian Restaurant in Lindfield. I took customers’ orders accurately and efficiently while delivering food and drinks promptly while managing multiple tables. I responded professionally to customer requests and issues all while supporting team members during busy service periods. I was also entrusted some evenings to do the cash up and lock up the building.
