• This role consisted of high quality of customer service, organisation and teamwork to make the shop floor look immaculate and welcoming to the customer. This included rearranging stock daily and keeping up with different departments to make sure cars would be able to be handed over on the agreed date.
• It was fast paced at times, having to slow down for a customer, making time for them and showing comfort.

• In my previous role, I earned a promotion to a position where I assumed leadership responsibilities for a team of 25 agents. My primary focus was ensuring their achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining the quality control of customer calls.
• Additionally, I regularly supervised other agents in the absence of their respective managers, overseeing up to 100 agents in a single day. My role extended to coaching newly recruited agents, actively managing their performance, and providing support during weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions.
