I have over 3 years of hospitality work experience over many different sectors including front of house, waiting and kitchen roles. I am reliable, hard-working and motivated. I work well in a team and am adaptable to challenging work environments.
I am the only employee. I was originally employed to greet customers, take telephone orders, and process transactions. I now cover all aspects of the business. In addition to my original role, I assist with food prep, I assemble orders, I have completed local deliveries, and established a good relationship with regular customers. This experience has honed my mental arithmetic, time management, and customer relations skills.
In my role as a waitress I warmly greeted guests upon their arrival and accurately took orders, ensuring adherence to any allergy or preference requirements. I attended tables regularly to ensure customer needs were met by promptly processing food and drink orders. Between customers I ensured good sanitation and reset empty tables to maintain a hygienic environment.
