  • I was responsible for clearing the customers empty plates and sorting out the bills
  • Help clean, set and polish tables for the next arrival of customers
  • Extra bits- polishing cutlery, filling draws with napkins, cutting lemon, making deserts along side an employee, making sure there were enough menus, putting empty glasses in the dishwasher behind the bar
