Work experience

Wyncroft care home- 

  • Worked along side the activities coordinators to help keep the residents active whether that be mentally or physically.
  • Additionally I gained experience on the care side also. Some of these things included giving support to the care assistants during personal care, helping with meal prep and feeding times. I also provided compassion and emotional support to the residents and improved my knowledge on safeguarding which involved protecting individuals from neglect and keeping them safe.
