  • Vice president of Economics society, 2025-09-09 - present, I frequently attend different talks on economics and partake in different discussion points such as the economic state of the world at that current time, government spending vs taxation, inflation & cost of living and much more. Delivered talks to 60 attendees on unemployment and AI. I also lead agendas for coming weeks to ensure attendees gain value out their time.
  • LSE - essay competition, 2025-09-22, Received an honourable mention on a essay written about if economic sovereignty is still possible in a age of global markets and supply chains. I wrote about our modern economy increasingly seeing a rise in globalisation through greater trade and how supply chains have a big impact in our economy such as Amazon. I was arguing whether a country/economy is able to make its own economic decisions without the influence of other nations and countries.
  • Political economy & wealth inequality Course, 2025-12-01 - 2025-12-28, Developed critical thinking skills where I analysed the impact of taxation and corporate power on the less fortunate which allows the rich to excel and become wealthier. Looked at how our society is built on a hierarchy and where individual citizens stand in this monopolistic world. Responded to tasks such as writing on the deep divisions within society whilst calculating facts and figures for certain assignments.
  • Accounting and finance course, 2026-01-03, Given the chance to evaluate different statistics from Sunstep and the ability to delve into their plans, also investigated how they could improve their work by making it more sustainable by 50%. I was able to improve my numerical and analytical skills whilst paying attention to detail. Had to interoperate data to include in my investigations for this company to in the end draft a report.
