Summary

CIPD qualified Employee Experience (EX) Lead with a genuine passion for driving engagement through the creation of great experiences at work. Through identification of the moments that matter across the full employee lifecycle, I support the region in driving continuous improvement and positive culture change through benchmarking, communication and collaboration.

Having designed and led regional engagement strategies along with leading varied EX projects, DEI and wellbeing initiatives, I currently lead the Experience team for the UKI region, supporting a culturally diverse population of over 4000 colleagues across 10 locations.

Focusing on colleague experience at work, we utilise data and metrics to listen and take action on what is important to our people, aligning to external best practice thinking, to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Our aim is to build a culture of inclusion, belonging and trust, ensuring both existing and new colleagues feel safe, valued and are able to be their authentic selves from day one.

UKI EXPERIENCE MANAGER

Promoted to the HR Leadership team reporting directly into the Vice President of HR providing strategic direction and leadership. Direct responsibility of 7 Experience leads supporting 4000 colleagues across 10 locations.


Responsible for:

  • Leading on the development, implementation and execution of the the regional listening strategy ensuring alignment with global to amplify the moments that matter across the colleague lifecycle
  • Benchmarking externally, utilising internal data and insights to create strategic gap analysis, collaborating with key stakeholders on solutions and execution
  • Supporting the DEI, wellbeing and CSR agendas, ensuring all plans and communications align with EVP and support regional priorities.
  • Supporting the creation of a values driven, inclusive culture by creating, developing and delivering programmes and initiatives that support colleague wellbeing.


Achievements:

  • Built new engagement framework resulting in increased eNPS both regionally and locally
  • Launched new volunteering policy guidance and HRIS updates, encouraging colleagues to give back, ensuring accurate measurement of impact (data analysis)
  • Utilised data and insight to project manage successful transition of new regional corporate charity partner linked to purpose
  • Project managed EVP workstream resulting in creation of portfolio of regionally owned assets and materials

Leading programme of 150+ Mental Health & Wellbeing Ambassadors


Responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering the engagement strategy, plan and roadmap for the UKI region, monitoring and evaluating progress
  • Developing analytics to measure and monitor success, establishing benchmarks for continuous improvement across the full employee lifecycle
  • Creating and coordinating new initiatives to foster an engaged, inclusive and diverse workforce
  • Leading and developing the UKI engagement team, building capability and developing talent
  • Leading the UKI mental health and wellbeing programme



Achievements:

  • Grew and developed internal mental health programme to become internal global 'Stars of the Year' winners and runners up for external recognition at FDF awards and EE awards
  • Developed and launched a UKI Domestic Abuse policy and supporting programme (with trained Champions)
  • Project managed the launch of a UKI Financial Wellbeing platform from conception to go live
  • Led development of IDE project on Unconscious Bias for Supply Chain (launching Dignity at Work policy and training programme)

  • Driving team performance through influencing and challenging of operational teams
