Having worked in retail and hospitality in both Telford and Bristol for many years, I’ve developed a strong sense of what excellent community engagement and customer service look like. I take pride in creating an atmosphere that is welcoming to all while catering to each customer's individual needs.
I love working as part of a team which is something that is reflected in my experience of playing semi-professional netball and football at various stages in my life. I'm also not afraid to take on greater responsibility and push myself to learn more on the job. As being the President of the Intersectional Feminist Society at university proved this to myself. I also strengthened my public speaking skills and learned how to make people feel as comfortable as possible in any environment. That role also taught me valuable time management and multitasking skills.
Alongside my work in hospitality and retail, I also have experience in fashion marketing and music. I help run a music label based in Bristol and work in event promotion. My cultural knowledge and social skills have been built through working across a wide range of sectors.
I believe I’d be a great fit for Foot Locker in particular, not only because of its reputation for friendly, inclusive customer service and accessible fashion, but also because I’m a huge sneakerhead. :)
