Maia Barakova

Currently work at EFI Group (Fashion Retail Academy and London College of Beauty Therapy) as a member of the Concierge team. Current duties consist of, but not limited to, the following:

• Being the first point of contact for staff/students and visitors, providing them with information and answering queries
• Maintaining accurate logs of visitor entries for security purposes
• Assisting with administrative tasks, improving overall functionality of the office having made report sheets and additional information booklets and updating contact information sheet as things change
• Managing all phone calls and emails, resulting in effective communication flow on a day to day basis between all relevant departments.
