Project : TPH Implementation

Client : Bank of England

• T24 TPH Implementation in with R21 release.
• Delivering the TPH configuration and complete the local coding with Unit testing, SIT and UAT support.
• Managing the ISO20022 team as part of the new Payments MT to MX conversion program.
• Liaise with Temenos PACS team and manage the Core deliverables.
• ISO20022 MX standards, MT (103. 202, 900, 910, 940 and 950) and Payments (CHAPS, CBPR) and MX PACS (008, 009, 004,002)
• Responsible to deliver the Temenos TPH configurations in the Banks R21 system and ensure the existing R19 functionalities with the new implementation.
• Confirm all the Customer and Bank payment messages (PACS008, PACS009, PACS004, PACS002, Pain001, Pain002, Track001, Camt.53 & Camt54) and ensure all the related MT tags are converted properly in MX after the payment generation.

Project: Asset Integration

Client : Areas Bank (Spain)

• Asset Integration Project to replace the ASSET.REGISTER module from T24
• Standard functionality of T24 ModelBank, to create a FT , Data capture record and Generating the related accounting entries and reports every day.
• Requirement gathering, project estimation and POC.
• Created the tech and functional specs and managing the Deliverables.
• Managing the technical team to ensure the Quality assurance and Temenos standards.

Project: T24 Development and Support

Client : Santander International Jersey

• Managing the on-time delivery for local fixes and co-ordinate with Temenos to ensure the Product Core fixes and T24 upgrade as a Project Manager.
• Stakeholder management and Team management.
• Generate reports on daily basis in post COB services and send it to the business users.
• Manage and execute solution design to ensure the requirements are correctly addressed and the build plan is executed accordingly.
• Environment management and release management and Production Live Deployment.
• Production change request and testing/UAT support.
• Managing the on-call Rota’s for the Production live support, UAT Maintenance
• Priority and immediate solution/fix provided to the P1/P2 calls and ensure the production standby and reduce the downtime.

Project : T24 - International Account Services (IAS)

Client: JPMorgan Chase

• As part of Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) within the Global Liquidity and Accounting Shared Services (GLASS) International Account Services (IAS) Group.
• Managed the production releases and upgrades for (Global, Malaysia and Saudi) and Continuous delivery.
• Managed and delivered a separate payment system for Chile and US Model bank transactions using Local Development with swift standards.
• Implementing the Agile methodologies wherever applicable.
• Providing Technical specifications, and Test Plan preparation for the functional areas of Payments and Delivery modules.
• Parameterize T24 to support client requirements.
• Managed the Development and Unit testing for the Enhancements and new change requests from the bank/Business Users on a T24 Payments system.
• Deliveries for across regional instances Saudi Model bank, multi-book, and multi-company environment setups.
• Worked on database technologies like Oracle and Hands-on experience with industry standard tools like, GIT, Bit bucket, JIRA, ALM
• Provided Production Support, UAT Support experience and delivering complex business driven banking software.

Project: Application Framework - Technology

Client: Temenos India P Ltd

• Maintenance and Development team lead to manage the deliveries.
• Managed the T24 Componentization project (TAFJ), which encapsulate the real T24 codes by creating an Interface related mechanism and modify access for other components to use the component interface (Implemented in R15 and R16 releases).
• Contributed to Development and maintenance in Core T24 areas and maintaining the product as a key developer.
• Worked on a Module level upgrade, a new implementation as part of T24 core upgrade from R15. Actively involved in the development of the latest T24 Monitoring tool (Splunk tOP – to display all the T24 reports in digital view) Implemented in R12.
• Working in a newly integrated development environment TAFJ (Temenos Application Framework JAVA) and establish it around the teams. (Eclipse IDE)
• Worked with the US Model bank project to Introduced a new date format for US Model Bank, Deal/transaction slips, online reports/Enquiries and COB reports.
• Actively involved in the Multi time zone enhancement for Samba bank, benefits the users by initiating business transactions in various locations without affecting other branches in other parts of the world.
• Interface and data migration – Migrate the 3rd party system data and injecting it in to the T24 system to create the Payments to ensure the data sync and T24 accounting statements generation.
